《动力学与控制学报》是中国力学学会、湖南大学共同主办的动力学与控制领域的中文学术期刊，登载在国内外未曾公开发表的具有原创性的学术研究论文。本刊为双月刊，国内外公开发行。论文一经录用，将在一周内通过网络优先出版。
1 版权、学术规范 投稿作者须同时转让文稿版权(含各种介质、媒体的版权，包括数字优先出版)给编辑部，并把<版权转让协议与学术规范承诺>函寄来。投稿作者必须遵守学术规范和准则，包括勿一稿多投和杜绝抄袭、剽窃等，保证做到编辑部有关版权转让协议与学术规范承诺中的规定。
2 版面费 凡是向本刊投稿者，不须交纳论文审理费。凡在本刊上发表学术论文者须交纳版面费。稿件刊登后发给作者稿酬, 作者文章著作权使用费与本刊稿酬一次性给付。作者寄版面费时一定注明“JDC+姓名” 字样,姓名为第一作者姓名，以便版面费的查收。
3 投稿要求 来稿要求观点明确，数据可靠，言简意明，重点突出。作者必须在网站http://dlxykzxb.cnjournals.net 投doc和pdf格式的电子稿，图与文字编好页码、图号后合成一个文件上传，不接收纸质稿件。凡不符合〈投稿须知〉要求的文稿，本部恕不受理。

Authors guide
Journal of Dynamics and Control is a quarterly Chinese journal，approved by the State Press and Publication Administration, sponsored by the Chinese Society of Theoretical and Applied Mechanics and Hunan University and published domestically and abroad.It publishes theoretical, experimental and applied original papers in the traditional areas implied by its name, as well as papers in interdisciplinary areas.
1.The copyright and academic standard
The authors are required to transfer manuscript Copyright including all kinds of media and digital first publishing to the editorial department, and the copyright transfer agreement and academic norm commitment is also required to submit to the editorial department.
2.Ethics in publishing
The publication of an article in a peer-reviewed journal is an essential building block in the development of a coherent and respected network of knowledge. It is a direct reflection of the quality of the work of the authors and the institutions that support them. Peer-reviewed articles support and embody the scientific method. It is therefore important to agree upon standards of expected ethical behavior for all parties involved in the act of publishing: the author, the journal editor, the peer reviewer, the publisher and the society of society-owned or sponsored journals.
The authors should ensure that the manuscript has not been published previously, that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere, that its publication is approved by all authors. It will not be published elsewhere in the same form, in Chinese or in any other language.The multiple submission and plagiarism should be despised
3.Fee for publication
No processing fee is required for all the contributors. But the page charges is required for the published papers. There is no remuneration for authors after manuscript is published.
4.Reqirement for submittion
The manuscript should have one of the features: novel method, novel model and novel conclusion. Its argument should be clear, data should be reliable and the text should be concise and logical. The manuscript should be submitted by the website http://dlxykzxb.cnjournals.net. The pdf file or doc file for the manuscript is required and can be uploaded in the submission system. The manuscript which is inconsistent with the submission requirements will be rejected directly.
