    大型空间结构的部署是未来航天技术发展的关键问题.将模块化航天器作为空间结构子模块进行在轨组装是主流的解决方案之一.为确保组装任务的安全实施,亟需开展多航天器间接近过程中的精准避碰操作.现有的航天器在轨组装防碰撞研究大多使用球形包络近似表示航天器形状,无法精确表述航天器外形轮廓.针对精准防碰撞运动规划需求,提出了一种基于超二次曲面距离梯度的控制方法.相较于球形包络方法,利用超二次曲面能够更准确地对航天器外形特征进行凸体描述.通过构建优化问题求解航天器间的最近距离,以实现精准碰撞检测.进而对优化问题进行灵敏度分析,获得最近距离相对于航天器位姿的梯度,并将其引入人工势函数建立航天器间的避碰组装控制律.最后通过多航天器避碰组装控制数值仿真验证了该方法的有效性.

    Abstract:

    The deployment of large space structures is a key issue in the future development of space technology. On-orbit assembly using modular spacecraft is one of the mainstream solutions. Ensuring the safety of this mission requires precise collision avoidance control during the close-proximity approach of multiple spacecraft. Most of the existing research on spacecraft on-orbit assembly uses spherical envelopes to approximate the shape of the spacecraft, which cannot accurately describe the geometric features of the spacecraft. To meet the demand for precise collision avoidance in motion planning, a control method based on the distance gradient of superquadrics is proposed. Compared to spherical envelopes, superquadrics provide a more accurate convex representation of a spacecraft's shape. The closest distance between spacecraft is determined by solving an optimization problem, enabling accurate collision detection. Furthermore, a sensitivity analysis of the optimization problem is carried out to obtain the gradient of the closest distance with respect to the spacecraft's pose. This gradient is then introduced into an artificial potential function to establish the collision avoidance and assembly control law. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is verified through numerical simulations of multi-spacecraft collision avoidance and assembly control.
