    摘要:

    为提升人员自动升降机双向传动冲突下的换向运行稳定控制效果,提出基于滑模观测器的人员自动升降机双向传动控制方法.该方法首先构建双向传动动力学模型,得到二阶矩阵形式的人员自动升降机运动方程;然后设计滑模观测器,实现人员自动升降机双向传动状态的准确估计,以冲击度、能耗、响应速度作为优化控制目标构建优化控制函数,结合滑模观测器状态估计结果设计反馈控制律,实现人员自动升降机双向传动控制.实验结果表明,该方法在不同工况下的控制指令切换能够有效抑制人员自动升降机抖振,降低运行冲击度至6 m/s2以下,并提升响应速度和运行舒适性,具有良好的控制效果.

    Abstract:

    To improve the stability of directional switching under conflicting bidirectional transmission in personnel automatic elevators, bidirectional transmission control method based on a sliding mode observer is proposed. This method first constructs a bidirectional transmission dynamics model and obtains the second-order matrix form of the motion equation of the personnel automatic elevator; Then, a sliding mode observer is designed to achieve accurate estimation of the bidirectional transmission state of the personnel automatic elevator. The optimization control function is constructed with impact level, energy consumption, and response speed as the optimization control objectives. Based on the state estimation results of the sliding mode observer, a feedback control law is designed to achieve bidirectional transmission control of the personnel automatic elevator. The experimental results show that the control command switching of this method can effectively suppress the shaking of the personnel automatic elevator under different working conditions, reduce the operating impact to below 6m/s 2, and improve the response speed and operating comfort, demonstrating good control performance.
