In this paper, we studied the initial boundary value problem of thermoelastic coupling beam equations with nonlinear boundary conditions. Firstly, we proved the existence and uniqueness of global solution by prior estimates. Secondly, we proved the existence of a global attractor by an absorbing set and asymptotic smooth of the related solution semigroup.
