In order to faster and more efficiently study the dynamic performance of the mechanism with lubrication clearance joint, this paper establishes a new calculation method. Firstly, the clearance force is obtained by the kinematic model of the ideal mechanism and the clearance mechanism, and then the clearance force as aactive force is taken into the dynamic equation to obtain the corresponding dynamic characteristics of the mechanism. Taking the slidercrank mechanism with lubrication clearance as an example, through analyzing and comparing of the model and dry friction based on the two?state contact model and the fluid lubrication model, the correctness and feasibility of the method is verified. Simulink simulation data show that the model established in this paper can effectively suppress the vibration of the mechanism, and the dynamic characteristics are closer to the ideal model, which matches the actual situation.
