A certain type of aeroengine fan rotor is taken as a study reference in this paper. The fan rotor tester is investigated under the constraint conditions with the similarity of structure and dynamics characteristics. The effect of various parameters on the rotor modal tester is also examined through finite element analysis, combined with the general process of dynamic similarity design. The general approach of tester dynamics control is then obtained by adjusting the fan rotor parameter tester, which gives the specific design parameters of the fan rotor dynamics tester.
