Using the equivalent mechanical model, this paper investigated multitank liquid sloshing problem. The multitank equivalent mechanical model was presented based on the single tank equivalent model, and the mechanical effects of the multitank sloshing on spacecraft were analyzed. The results show that the frequency and mechanical characteristics of the multitank system are usually better than its single counterpart for dynamics and control design of a spacecraft.
