Based on the food chain relationship of nutritionautotrophyzooplankton, and considering biochemistry mechanism of biology growth and complementarities of animalcule decomposition, we set up a dynamical Nutrition-Phytoplankton-Zooplankton model, and analyzed the dynamical stability of the model solution by using modern nonlinear theory. The results indicate that the stability of the model will change or even bifurcate when the parameters change.
